A wellness consultation is a set 2 hour guided, educational conversation with Certified Herbalist Amber Marie that is focused on the goal of supporting the overall well-being of your body, mind, and spirit. God has given us incredible resources through plants, trees, flowers and herbs to help our bodies restore to health! Rooted in faith and traditional wisdom, these consultations are designed to help individuals better understand their body’s needs, seasonal rhythms, and everyday practices to support balance and vitality. Upon booking, clients will be provided with a private link to an health questionnaire to complete prior to their consultation.
Within two weeks of your wellness consultation, you will receive a thoughtfully prepared, personalized wellness plan created just for you. This plan reflects the insights shared during our time together and is carefully crafted to support your unique health and wellness goals.
Your wellness plan will include:
• Personalized herbal and natural remedy recommendations
• Suggested Sanctuary products and seasonal offerings
• Lifestyle and nourishment practices for body, mind, and spirit
• Gentle guidance for sustainable, long-term wellness
This follow-up is designed to serve as a practical and nurturing companion to your healing journey and to support your process as you continue to grow in health, resilience, and wholeness.

These herbal remedies are crafted in small batches with plants grown locally or purchased organic from respectable vendors.
Each collection will include helpful instructions on how to receive maximum benefits from the botanical remedies included. Curious of what you will find in your seasonal collection? You can expect products such as herbal vinegars, natural body care products, topical sprays, loose-leaf teas, infused honey, dried herbs, and tinctures to support whole body systems such as liver detox, emotional health wellness, heart health and more.
Due to the small batch nature, there are a limited number of 20 collections per season, and priority goes to full-year client purchases. Seasonal collections are non-refundable.
